Many customers ask if I have online ordering. I find that my customer's needs and requirements are quite variable, and that most customers have questions about their orders. Accordingly, orders are taken by phone. I encourage you to call anytime between 9:00AM and 7:00PM eastern standard time Monday through Saturday to answer any questions you may have and to place orders. I enjoy talking with customers and I feel that it helps in my goal of excellence in customer service.

Orders may be placed by phone, email or mail and paid for with credit card, personal or business bank check or postal money order. Please call to verify the exact amount of your order before sending a check. Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted.

I strive to provide top class service and order fullfillment but please place your order leaving as much lead time as possible. Some orders may take three to four weeks before being ready for shipment.
